The Hall Airspeed Indicator/Wind Meter was designed to fill the need for a simple, rugged, and reliable airspeed indicator, hand-held wind meter, and anemometer. These are perfect for powered paragliding or paramotoring.

Since 1976, it has been the standard wind measuring and airspeed measuring instrument for hang gliders, paragliders and ultralight aircraft as well as many other uses such as wind surfing, kite flying, and radio controlled model airplanes.

Although of simple design, the Hall Airspeed Indicator/Wind Meter is very accurate. Each one is individually calibrated. The speed ranges are 7 to 30 mph for the small model shown and 7 to 55 mph for the larger model. Other calibrations, speed ranges, and mounting brackets are also available.
