Powered Paragliding Ontario - traction kite bugging.

Kite bugging is a great fun. On those days when it is too windy to fly PPG you can take your traction kite out, sit down in your buggy and boot around like you would in a sail boat. The ground handling skills necessary to control traction kite are easily transferable from PPG. I just got my self a kite and a buggy and had a great time the other day.  I hooked up with Ian, an undisputed kite/buggy master and got some basics down. I was out just couple days ago and was able to ride the buggy back and forth with great control. I think I had it going close to 25 km/h couple of times and actually wished it was windier. Simply awesome activity when too windy to fly. Dora's in not the only option anymore when  windy are high. I sell buggies for $ 500 Cad and 3.5 square meter kite that is good for wind 25 km/h and up for another $ 500 Cad.

If you are often cursing the high winds and have nothing to do, order a kite and buggy and you will no longer be disappointed if it is too windy. It is great fun! Quick intro lesson will be included. Oh, one more thing. Once there is snow on the ground you can grab skies or snowboard and do the same. That will be great addition to my down hill and cross country skiing +  ice climbing.

Also I have designed system of brackets that allow WJ paramotor to be attached. Those who do not have the physical strength to use WJ as back pack will have the trike option. This modification does not alter the buggy at all so it can be converted  back to the kite buggying in matter of several minutes. Check it out here.
