This 2 hour 30 min session is great fun for your party. The fee is $ 15.00 + GST per  child  (minimum charge $ 90.00 + GST) and includes: 30 min climbing lesson for the kids and a safety lesson for the adults, use of facility, rental harness.  We require minimum of one adult per  three children to participate in safety belaying.  The party room will be reserved for you  as per outline below.
 
Time outline - an example of birthday party booked for 12:00 p.m. - all times are approximate
12:00 p.m.         - You arrive at Peaks, the lesson starts
12:30 p.m.         - The lesson is completed - kids climb, adults safety belay
  1:30 p.m.         - Party room available for break. Once finished, kids go back to climb some more. 
  2:30 p.m.         - End of the Birthday Party

The party room will be reserved for you  as per outline below.

12:45 p.m.         - The lesson is completed - kids climb, instructor supervises
  1:30 p.m.         - Party room available for break. Once finished, kids go back to climb some more.

Insurance coverage

We are a fully insured facility and therefore must request that  a parent or legal guardian fill out and sign an amateur athletic waiver  for each child  prior to participating.

A minimum six children is required for birthday party booking.  Please call  (905) 988-5651 and book your party. $ 30.00 deposit is required to book your party. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel less then one week in advance.  We do not book any parties where the majority of children are under the age of eight. A birthday parties celebrating 11th birthday are usually treated as BP for kids under the age of 11.  Birthday groups can be accommodated any time within our hours.

We usually book at these times: Fri 4:30 pm or 6 pm or 7:30 pm, Sat 12 noon or 1:30 pm or 3 pm or 4:30 or 6 pm. (4:30 or 6 pm in winter only) Sunday 12 noon or 1:30 pm or 3 pm.

We will be happy to open any time for birthday parties of 15 or more children.  The fee for the birthday party does not include any snacks or drinks, but you are more then welcome to bring your own. (we have a party room and fridge/freezer)  The appropriate clothing for climbing would be T-shirts, shorts or track pants and running shoes. Kids must bring their own bike helmets. Some rental helmets are available.
