Aug 20/19 am – Patrick 6 more flights

Aug 19/19 – Patrick flight 2

Much better conditions – nice flight using forward inflation

Aug 18/19 – Patrick first solo

It was bit windy and gusty but we got her done. Patrick managed the first PPG flight very well given the weather.

Not bad – solo on second day of training. Definitely above average

Congrats on your firs solo

Aug 17/19 – Patrick started his PPG course

After 3 hrs of kiting he has it locked in!

He will fly soon…

Aug 16/19 – Rob has completed 30 flights

Rob has successfully finished his course this am.

Congratulations

Aug 14/19 am – Rob 5 trike flights

Me and Rob met this morning at 6:30 AM planning to continue with his PPG training.

Rob has the trike lock in – he quickly managed five flights. The wind end up picking up really quick and the last flight get quite bumpy. Rob had to abort three landing approaches but eventually put her down and we packed up.

Five flights this Morning. Well done.

He’s going to do many more tonight and hopefully we can get it finished up.

Aug 13/19 – Glen, Gary and David

It was a great night at the field. Northeast wind 10 km/h.

Captain Glenn who has 26,000 ours in various airplanes such as B747 B777 and the new Boing 787 Dreamliner has managed three flights. All forward inflations all good takeoffs and landings are just perfect.

Garry also did three flights. He still struggling with his landing. His approach is fine his flare is fine He just does not stay up on his feet and goes on his butt. He’s also quite stiff through the landings – he needs to loosen up.

David who was in the spring April course is working on his ground handling. It’s coming but it is pretty slow. His last run last night was great so hopefully he’s over the hump.

Overall beautiful night to fly.
